You can return the seller's product within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Returnable product:
- no mechanical damages;
- in full configuration;
- with all labels and factory markings preserved;
- on the condition that the product type is maintained and there are no signs of use.
Non-returnable product:
- used goods;
- damaged product packaging, which is sterile;
- without full configuration;
1. Pack the product
- Check if your product is eligible for a return.
- Put the new product without signs of use in the original packaging. If the product consists of several parts, the whole set must be returned. Make sure that nothing is lost and that you return the product in the same configuration in which you received it.
- If you purchased a product as a gift, you must provide the entire set (the product together with the gift) when returning it. Otherwise, the face value of the gift will be deducted from the refund amount.
2. Fill in the return form
- In the form, clearly indicate the last name and first name of the buyer in Ukrainian.
- Make sure you have filled in all the fields.
3. Sending

Payment for delivery is at the sender's expense.
The declared value is equal to the value of the product.
The "money transfer" service must be canceled. Otherwise, the product will not be received.
4. Refunds
In the product return form, in the comments, indicate the bank details for crediting the funds.
Refunds are usually issued within 2-5 working days after the product has been inspected and a decision about the return has been made.
